William Maynard is an Associate Broker with Zere Real Estate Services and has been an active real estate professional with over twenty years experience in the real estate industry. He has closed numerous transactions in office, medical, industrial, retail, land use and development properties in the commercial real estate industry. He has an outstanding background. Bill retired from the Fire Department of New York as a Lieutenant with over twenty-one years of service. Former Fire Safety Director for Bankers Trust, Fire Safety Officer for Goldman Sachs, Construction Site Safety Manager for Madison Square Garden and Macy’s.  A proud U.S. Navy Veteran. A devoted volunteer as the Treasurer of Long Island 911 Memorial, C.E.R.T (Community Emergency Response Team)  and a driver for Meals On Wheels for over twenty-five years

He is married, a father and a grandfather residing in the Town of Smithtown, Suffolk County, Long Island, NY.
