As Executive Vice President of Zere Real Estate Services she is involved with all aspects of the company’s real estate holdings, acquisitions and business initiatives. A twenty-five year veteran serving the commercial real estate industry and an expert in real estate marketing and advertising, she grew up in the business and has been involved in every aspect of real estate on a regional, national and international basis. A seasoned world traveler her exceptional social skills , marketing and media background speaks for itself while delivering white glove service 24/7 closing numerous substantial transactions where she conceived, structured and negotiated every aspect of the deal.
She handles all of the social media marketing for Zere Real Estate Services. Her specialty as an associate real estate broker is in the sales and leasing of commercial properties including office, medical, retail, industrial and land. Working closely with landlords and property owners, her ongoing long-lasting relationships with a number of public and private companies and non-profit organizations have paved the way for her company’s ongoing success.
Her deals have ranged from a $28.5 million dollar sale in Nassau County to a Suffolk County $4 million dollar retail site for the healthcare industry. All of the business corridors in both Nassau and Suffolk Counties are fair game and targeted on her radar screen. She works with Fortune 50 & 500 companies, financial, medical and technology companies, as well as industrial, R&D leasing deals to subdividing land parcels on the East End of Long Island on both North and South Forks.

Hovnanian.
