Michael has averaged 70-100 deals a year for more than 20 years creating thousands of jobs in

Suffolk County. He has long-lasting relationships with landlords for many years, who rely on his

personal service, running customers, meeting with attorneys, picking up and delivering leases in

person or doing whatever it takes to get the job done. He is considered extremely ethical and trustworthy and has a great working relationship with all the commercial real estate brokers in the industry. He is an active member on the Town of Islip Economic Development Board and a member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island (CIBS). Michael is the proud sponsor of many sports activities in his hometown including baseball, basketball and soccer. He is also an active member of his church participating in multiple activities that support the local community.

Michael is an avid hunter and golfer. He passed on his passion for golf to three of his five children are members of the Metropolitan PGA Junior Tour. In addition, all his children are involved with the Boy Scouts of America. He is married to his wife, Sandra, and resides in Ronkonkoma, within five minutes to the Zere Real Estate corporate office so that he and can service his customers and clients at a moment’s notice.
