Over the years he has sold over 800 acres of land, including dozens of subdivisions for more than 1400 homes. As a former Operations Manager for LIBI, Long Island Builders Institute, a Construction Manager for The Beechwood Organization, a Project Manager for Nelson & Pope Engineering and a Senior Expeditor for Continental Pinewood Development, David is revered for his knowledge.  David is an Associate Broker with Zere Real Estate Services and grew up in the commercial real estate industry.  No one can compete with his combination of exposure, experience, and insider knowledge.
